Born in a small town and raised by an immigrant, Harley Rosea was exposed to a myriad of cultures and wellness expressions. She developed an interest in movement and storytelling from a young age but dance was the one that stole her heart and motivated her to finish a graduate degree in Arts in Medicine. Throughout her career of dance-making and community organizing she has worked with many renowned companies and artists, and now teaches as an assistant professor with the Dance Theatre of Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida.
